These terms apply to your use of northernflameplumbing.ca (the "site"), operated by Northern Flame Plumbing & Heating Ltd. ("Northern Flame," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These are the terms for using our website. They are not the agreement for the work itself. Any plumbing, heating, or gasfitting work we do for you is covered by a separate quote, estimate, or service agreement that we provide before the work begins.

1. Who we are

Northern Flame Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is an owner-operated plumbing and heating company based in Calgary, Alberta, serving Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane, and surrounding communities. You can reach us by phone or text at 403-389-9775 or by email at info@northernflameplumbing.ca.

2. Using the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, read our content, and request a quote or contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, upload anything harmful, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or overload the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

3. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Prices, service descriptions, and any figures shown on the site are for general information only. They are not a formal quote and are not a binding offer. A binding price applies only once we have provided you with a written quote or estimate for your specific job. We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but we may update our services, pricing, and content at any time without notice.

4. Submitting a request

When you send us a quote request or contact form, you agree that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to share them, including any property address. Sending a request lets us contact you about your enquiry. It does not create a service contract, and it does not obligate either of us until we agree on the work in writing. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service work is covered separately

Nothing on this site forms part of an agreement for plumbing, heating, or gasfitting work. The terms, scope, warranty, and price for any work we perform are set out in the quote, estimate, or service agreement we give you for that job. If anything on this site appears to conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement for the work controls.

6. Emergencies

If you have a plumbing or gas emergency, do not rely on a website form. Call or text us at 403-389-9775. If you smell gas or believe there is an immediate danger to safety, leave the area and contact your gas utility's emergency line or emergency services first.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Northern Flame name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Northern Flame Plumbing & Heating Ltd. and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not mean we endorse it.

9. No warranty on the site

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep the information on it accurate and useful, we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. Your use of the site is at your own risk. This section is about the website only. It does not limit or replace any warranty we give you for work we actually perform, which is set out in your service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Flame Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you rely on from it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Alberta or Canadian law. Again, this section applies to the website. Our responsibility for work we perform is governed by your service agreement and by applicable law.

Information you send through the site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be handled by the courts located in Alberta.
